Kind of a weird setup. I called in mid-February to get a service appointment, and was told none were available until April. WHAT??? But then they said if you wish to drop your car off as an “emergency,” you can do so and hopefully we’ll get to it in a couple of days. And they also had no loaner cars available. WHAT??? Every Department is exceptional. Joshua McClure in sales was a terrific asset to the sales process. He’s energetic, super organized and knowledgeable and friendly, too! He is a joy to work with - from finding just the right car thru the buying process. I love my new XC60 Plug-in Hybrid and would not have purchased one without Josh’s amazing help. He made me feel like a valued customer. Such a good experience.

An employee give us information about a feature. Our car had that was not the case which we found out after we purchased the car. The finance person also misled us with some deceitful information about how soon we could pay off the car without a penalty. I called the dealership to relay that information which they didn’t really seem to have an interest in and denied that the information was deceitful. I would be leery to buy a car from Wallace in the future.

Bought a used car from them a week ago and it already has issues, doesn’t run right. Shakes when u accelerate. Glad they forced the extended warranty on me although it probably won’t even be covered. Do NOT buy from them.

Had a very easy process buying our new Volvo XC60 at Wallace Volvo. Jackie OConnor our sales person was patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Steve Chubb the financial person also was helpful considering it was during the cyber attack on the car network that week. Seems this dealership has changed some personnel are have more customer-oriented people there now.

This dealership experience has been absolutely next level. Steve, Alan and Jackie really made me feel so valued as a client. I went to several dealerships that day to get into another vehicle and everywhere else I was pressured, lied to and felt like I was just another deal. Do not buy a Volvo if you can help it from this dealer, or any other, for that matter!! They are coercive and the service is awful. They sold me a car , an xc 60 T8 , without disclosing that they had added a $5000 low inventory fee. The price of the car on the contract was not the price of the car on the sticker that was put in the glove compartment. The upcharge was not noted any where on the purchase agreement and was not verbally disclosed. Shame on them for poor business practices. Untrustworthy.

Twice in past 12 months my 2018 Volvo was in for service. Never do they wash the car and deliver it back clean! POOR not to wash!

Almost a month’s wait for a service appointment. That is absolutely incredible. Especially for a high end vehicle. I will go elsewhere for the work.

We just purchased our 2nd Volvo from Wallace Volvo this weekend. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Bruce, Chris & Jennifer work as a team to get you through the process seamlessly. They went above and beyond to get the best deal for us. I'd highly recommend this dealership.

We purchased our 2020 XC60 Inscription through the overseas program and Tina Taylor ( a title clerk ) from Wallace Volvo refused to process or vehicle claiming our vehicle was not part of their inventory. She claimed they had to go in person to the DMV to register the car. Never heard such a thing! She made us go through hoops, making lame excuses not to process our car. Until this day, I still don't have my car. I will never even do business again with Wallace Volvo or recommend any of my friends and family.

I am really glad I took a chance with Chris at Wallace Volvo. The dedication, stellar service and fairness I got in return are worth their weight in gold! Drove 2 hours from Orlando and the process of getting into my new XC40 was seamless and handled professionally. The finance manager was top notch and didn't try to push anything (that's a first) and in less than 2 hours from arrival I was driving home! Highly recommend Wallace!!

I made a lease deal over the phone and on my way up to the dealership Chris called me to say he made a mistake. I told him in my business your word is your bond. I was willing to pay up for the lease but certainly not $120. a month. STAY AWAY!!!!

All was great for the service I had done to my car; 20,000 service. But was extremely upset that they no longer wash your car after they service it??? Is this a cost cutting expense because they renovated??? It shows good customer service to wash your vehicle after it’s serviced; they always did.

Most dealerships try to service your car and keep the prices down. Volvo parts are expensive and so is labor these days. Dawn always is helpful telling me what is needed now versus stuff that can wait, prices are fair. Oil change is cheaper than Jiffy Lube. People complain because cars aren’t perfect. Dawn and Wallace have always been fair to us.

Dirk was very professional and straightforward with my new Volvo XC90 lease back in January 2018. He showed us how to use all the driving and comfort features in our new car. He even called to get an update and make sure all our questions were answered.
Last month we decided to get a RAM pickup for work. Dirk made sure the salesman at Wallace RAM gave us premium service and they even gave us a discount for having used Wallace Volvo for our personal vehicle! Purchased a 2018 Volvo S90 in January 2018. Purchased a loaner and got a good discount. The problem I am experiencing is the Manager ,Dirk, promised me the upgraded 19.5" wheels for an additional $1000.00. I was willing to wait for the wheels before purchase but he promised me I would have them within 1 month since his Manager already gave the OK to sell me the wheels at a discounted price. My advice to everyone, do not go here. They turn a very simple repair into a nightmare. What was to be couple of hundred dollars to replace a sensor turned into almost $1900 quote. After personally looking at what parts at this point, “Dawn” and the tech claimed to needing to be replaced were very unnecessary, Their reasoning for all extra parts is rust. I challenge anybody to show me a vehicle with no rust. You can find rust on a car straight off the assembly line.

I made a service appointment with Dawn, stood right in front of her and agreed to a 8am Wednesday appointment. I put it on my iPhone calendar and held it up to acknowledge the day and time.
When I pulled into the service lane at 8am Dawn announced that my appt. was one day prior at 9am. Dawne talks down to customers. She is very rude'. They tried to upsale me even though my 07 Volvo only had 70k miles on it. They want me to believe that I need 6k worth of service... what a joke! I guess Dawne thought she had an ignorant customer in front of her. Little did she know!!! Anyway, after agreeing to 2k worth of "repairs" my Volvo has been in worse shape- not sure if it will ever be the same smooth sailing car that I once loved. Do not let them work on your car!

Every word out of their mouths are lies, Their so called "Master Mechanics" are learning on the job through mistakes!!!!! and the customer pays for them. Basically lets throw any part in the car till they get the car running, after thousands of dollars, the car breaks down again. Untruthful about service that was done. How can they stay in business. The service was good. I did feel as though we were a part of a "game" having to go back and forth and back and forth about price. All in all a decent experience. I do love my Volvo!

Worst dealership ever, arrogant and ignorant staff , trying to screw their customers over.
