Apr 29, 2026I purchased my 2nd volvo from Wallace recently-which happened to be the loaner car I had reserved. Love the car and greatly appreciate the way Chris & Jason handled the sale. Jason has since offered me assistance even days afterwards when I had questions on some of the cars features... I also very much appreciate the help from the 2 people in the service dept who helped me drop off my former car for service and got me into the loaner vehicle that I ended up purchasing..The woman in charge of the loaner was super efficient, helpful and super kind. I believe her name Tara or possibly Kara-thank you so much to all!

Dec 10, 2025It was a pleasure dealing with Wallace Volvo! The entire staff was very professional especially, Aaron Amador! If you need to purchase a car, you would not be disappointed with Aaron. Aaron went over and above, even calling us back on his day off to make sure that we had resolution to an issue. He is very helpful, patient and knowledgeable even though our purchase was a used Infinity. There was no high pressure to purchase the vehicle that we ended up getting. The service department did a beautiful job detailing the car to look as good a new! This dealership overall has integrity and that is what we look for when making a major purchase. We are very happy that we purchased our vehicle from Wallace because they are trust worthy and stand behind their cars!

It was a various smooth transaction, he was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process as painless as possible. We also had a good experience with finance., specifically Steve. We've been specifically shopping for this vehicle for around six months, and we are pleased that we found it locally at Wallace. Highly recommend!

Aaron was our Sales Rep and he was very knowledgeable and helpful along with Chris the Manager on getting us to where we wanted to be. Steve Pearl was the Finance Manager who made the final part of process enjoyable. Overall, everyone was fantastic and we will definitely come back for our next vehicle.
